Leisure Reading

During my first semester as a bachelor’s student, I started a personal habit of reading outside my academic field to avoid becoming too narrowly focused. Over time, I challenged myself to read one book per week, and this practice stayed with me for over six years. Along the way, I explored more than 200 books on various topics, from literature to psychology and philosophy.

Later, during my master’s program, I began reading books in English to improve my language skills and access original texts. This allowed me to engage more directly with the material without depending on translations.

Below are some of the books I’ve read that left a lasting impression on me. For those I read in translation before switching to English, I’ve noted them accordingly.
